1. How does PriceQ work for buyers, and what does it cost?
PriceQ simplifies product sourcing by combining three powerful procurement tools, and all features are currently 100% free for buyers during our launch phase:
AIBA Price Search: Powered by our AI Buying Agent, you search for any product, and AIBA automatically scans Google, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other major retailers to deliver a clean, unbiased price-comparison list.
Marketplace RFQs (Public Requests): Post what you need (brand, exact model, quantity, and delivery destination). Independent sellers submit delivered totals with shipping and estimated taxes included, allowing you to compare clear, all-inclusive quotes side by side.
Private RFQs: Send private quote requests directly to your own preferred or trusted suppliers. PriceQ automatically organizes their responses into an easy-to-read comparison table.
Note: While standard Marketplace RFQs are intended to remain free for buyers, heavy-volume AIBA search tiers and advanced Private RFQ tools will offer low-cost subscription plans in the future.
2. Am I obligated to buy if a Seller on the Marketplace submits a quote?
No. Submitting a quote request carries zero obligation or purchase commitment. You are free to review incoming quotes, evaluate pricing and lead times, select the offer that fits your needs, or decline all quotes if none meet your requirements.
3. Are sellers on PriceQ vetted or verified?
Sellers on PriceQ are commercial merchants and online retailers who actively list and/or fulfill products across major platforms such as Google, Amazon, and eBay. Because PriceQ acts as an informational platform and does not independently endorse or guarantee individual merchants, buyers should exercise the same standard commercial due diligence they would when discovering merchants on the open web.
4. How are checkout, payment, and shipping handled once I decide to buy?
Once you choose a seller, you connect with them directly to finalize the transaction. PriceQ is an information and matching platform and is not involved in checkout, payment collection, order processing, or logistics. Payment terms, invoicing, and shipping are completed directly with the merchant under their standard business policies.
5. What should I do if my order arrives late, damaged, or not as described?
Because fulfillment and payment occur directly between you and the seller, all returns, replacements, warranties, and shipping inquiries are handled directly by the seller. However, if a merchant fails to honor their quote or conduct business ethically, you can report them to PriceQ support so our team can review their platform access and protect marketplace integrity.
