1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Solid Unicorn Corp., a Florida corporation doing business as PriceQ (“PriceQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our websites, applications, APIs, marketplace, AIBA search engine, RFQ and quoting tools, product and pricing information services, landing pages, marketing activities, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Policy applies to visitors, account holders, business representatives, prospective customers, marketing contacts, and other individuals whose personal information we process in connection with these activities.

“Personal information” means information treated as personal information, personal data, or an equivalent term under applicable privacy law. Business contact information can constitute personal information. Information relating solely to a legal entity is not personal information unless applicable law provides otherwise.

This Policy describes our privacy practices. It does not, by itself, constitute consent to processing for which separate consent is legally required, waive your statutory rights, or grant us intellectual-property rights in your content.

Our Terms and Conditions govern use of the Platform. Separate notices or agreements may govern particular services or processing activities. Where we process personal information solely on behalf of a business customer, our processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement and legal requirements.

2. Personal information we collect

The information we collect depends on your interactions with us, the features used, the sources available to us, and applicable legal requirements.

2.1 Information you or your organization provide

We collect information submitted to us or through the Platform, including:

• Identifiers and contact details: Names, business and mailing addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, usernames, account identifiers, and other contact information.

• Account and authentication information: Login credentials, account settings, preferences, authentication information, and account-management records.

• Professional and business information: Employer or organization, job title, role, industry, business relationships, company registration information, tax identifiers, and verification documents.

• Commercial information: RFQs, Quotes, bids, product interests, specifications, quantities, prices, delivery requirements, purchasing intentions, transaction-related records, subscriptions, Credits, and billing history.

• User content and AI interactions: Searches, prompts, questions, inputs, outputs associated with your interactions, listings, attachments, messages, feedback, and other content submitted to or generated through the Platform.

• Payment and billing information: Billing contacts and addresses, payment-related identifiers, payment status, and transaction details. Payment processors may collect payment credentials directly. The information we receive depends on the payment method and integration.

• Communications: Support requests, correspondence, survey responses, complaints, dispute-related information, and other communications with us.

If recording or transcription features are offered, we may collect recordings and transcripts after providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

2.2 Information collected automatically

We and the providers and partners involved in the applicable processing may collect:

• IP addresses, device and browser identifiers, operating systems, browser settings, language, and technical characteristics;

• Access times, referring and exit pages, URLs, diagnostic information, error reports, and security logs;

• Searches, viewed products, RFQs and Quotes accessed, clicks, feature interactions, and other usage information;

• Campaign identifiers, referral information, landing-page variants, advertising interactions, and email engagement information; and

• Approximate location derived from IP addresses or other available information.

Cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, server-side integrations, and similar technologies may support this collection. Section 7 describes their uses and related choices.

2.3 Information from other sources

We may obtain personal information from:

• Other users, counterparties, your organization, and account administrators;

• Public websites, business directories, public records, and other publicly accessible sources;

• Data licensors, list providers, data brokers, lead-generation services, and business-information providers;

• Advertising, analytics, referral, distribution, and other commercial partners;

• Verification, fraud-prevention, security, payment, and other service providers;

• Social or professional networks and third-party services you connect or interact with; and

• Businesses involved in a corporate transaction with us.

We may combine information from these sources with information collected through the Platform for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to applicable restrictions.

2.4 Inferences and derived information

We may derive information such as likely product interests, business needs, purchasing preferences, engagement patterns, commercial relationships, and fraud or abuse risk indicators from the information described above.

2.5 Sensitive information

Some information described above may be legally classified as sensitive, including account-access credentials, certain government identifiers, and certain communication contents.

We process sensitive information only as permitted by applicable law. Where a particular activity requires additional notice, affirmative consent, a limitation mechanism, or another safeguard, we apply that requirement before undertaking the activity. We do not undertake processing that applicable law prohibits even with consent.

Additional sensitive-data collection, such as precise device location or biometric identification, requires an appropriate feature-specific notice and any other legally required steps before implementation. This Policy alone is not consent to such collection.

3. Sources of product, market, and public information

We may obtain product, pricing, business, and market information through automated collection, third-party search services, APIs, licensed feeds, user submissions, commercial arrangements, and other lawful sources.

We may index, organize, compare, analyze, enrich, display, and incorporate that information into search results, directories, analytics, AI systems, and commercial information products, subject to applicable law and rights governing the information.

Information accessible online is not automatically exempt from privacy laws or other legal restrictions. Where collected information constitutes personal information, we process it in accordance with applicable requirements.

Questions about information associated with you or your website may be sent to legal@priceq.ai.

4. How we use personal information

Subject to applicable law, required consents, applicable privacy choices, and binding contractual restrictions, we may use personal information for the following purposes:

4.1 Providing and administering services

To establish and administer accounts; authenticate users; verify businesses; operate searches, RFQs, Quotes, listings, messaging, subscriptions, Credits, billing, and support; match potential buyers and sellers; and facilitate commercial interactions.

4.2 Personalization and recommendations

To personalize search results, recommendations, content, offers, and communications; identify relevant suppliers or buyers; and estimate location-dependent costs such as shipping or taxes.

4.3 Analytics, testing, and development

To understand demand and usage; measure performance; conduct experiments and A/B tests; troubleshoot; develop features; evaluate business opportunities; and improve products, services, and operations.

4.4 Artificial intelligence and machine learning

To develop, train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, validate, and improve AI and machine-learning systems used in search, product matching, pricing analysis, recommendations, content generation, fraud detection, and related information services.

Subject to the restrictions stated in this Policy, those activities may involve personal information contained in searches, prompts, inputs, outputs, RFQs, Quotes, listings, feedback, communications, and other lawfully obtained information. Such processing is not necessarily limited to aggregated or de-identified information.

We may conduct these activities ourselves or with service providers and development partners. Any disclosure for an independent partner’s own model development is subject to Section 5.4 and any additional notice, consent, contractual, or other requirements applicable to that disclosure.

4.5 Marketing and advertising

To identify prospective customers; develop audiences; conduct outreach; promote our offerings and third-party offerings; deliver contextual or targeted advertising; personalize promotions; measure advertising effectiveness; and perform attribution and audience analysis.

4.6 Commercial information products and licensing

To develop, offer, license, sell, or otherwise commercialize business directories, lead-generation services, market research, pricing intelligence, demand insights, datasets, analytics, APIs, and related information products.

These activities may involve identifiable business contacts and other personal information, not solely aggregated or de-identified information, where lawful and subject to the disclosures and choices in this Policy.

4.7 Communications

To respond to inquiries and send account, service, transaction-related, billing, administrative, security, and promotional communications.

4.8 Security, integrity, and enforcement

To detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, prohibited automation, payment issues, and violations of our agreements; enforce usage limits; and protect our rights and those of others.

4.9 Legal and corporate purposes

To comply with legal obligations; respond to lawful requests; maintain records; conduct audits; obtain professional advice; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; collect amounts owed; and evaluate or carry out corporate transactions.

4.10 Additional purposes

To carry out another purpose described when information is collected, authorized through a valid consent, or otherwise permitted under applicable purpose-compatibility requirements.

We provide additional notice and obtain consent before materially different or incompatible processing when required. A general reference to lawful business purposes does not replace those requirements.

5. How we disclose personal information

5.1 Marketplace participants and organizations

We may disclose relevant account, contact, professional, commercial, and content information to buyers, sellers, prospective counterparties, and others involved in the marketplace activities you initiate or participate in.

Where organizational account features apply, information may also be accessible to authorized administrators and users within your organization, consistent with the account configuration and applicable notices.

5.2 Public-facing features

Information submitted for a public listing, directory entry, review, profile, or other public feature may be visible to others and indexed or collected by third parties. The feature’s presentation and settings determine the intended audience; submitting information to a nonpublic feature does not, by itself, authorize public publication.

5.3 Service providers and contractors

We may disclose information to providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, payments, communications, analytics, AI processing, customer support, verification, security, and other operational functions.

Where a recipient acts as our service provider, contractor, or processor under applicable law, we impose the contractual restrictions required for that role. Calling a recipient a service provider does not authorize independent uses prohibited for that role.

5.4 Independent commercial partners and data recipients

Where lawful, we may disclose, sell, rent, license, exchange, or otherwise make available the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers and business contact details;

• Professional and business information;

• Commercial information, including product interests and marketplace activity;

• Internet, device, advertising, and usage information;

• Approximate location;

• Related inferences; and

• User-provided content and AI interaction information where the applicable rights, notices, and permissions allow that disclosure.

Recipients may include advertisers, advertising networks, marketing and lead-generation businesses, data and analytics companies, business-information providers, research organizations, AI development partners, suppliers, and other businesses purchasing or licensing the information products described in Section 4.6.

Their disclosed purposes may include independent marketing, audience development, commercial prospecting, analytics, market research, product development, and AI development.

These disclosures may constitute a “sale,” “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or processing for targeted advertising under applicable law, whether or not money changes hands. Applicable opt-outs and other rights are described in Sections 7 and 10.

These provisions do not authorize unlawful disclosure of sensitive information, use contrary to binding confidentiality or licensing restrictions, or processing inconsistent with applicable notices or required consents.

5.5 Affiliates

We may disclose information to entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with PriceQ for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to applicable legal requirements.

5.6 Professional advisers, legal matters, and safety

We may disclose information to advisers, insurers, auditors, authorities, courts, and other appropriate recipients to obtain advice, comply with law, address legal claims, investigate suspected misconduct, enforce agreements, or protect rights, property, security, and safety, where permitted or required by law.

5.7 Corporate transactions

Information may be disclosed during evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, financing, or completion of a merger, acquisition, investment, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, and may be transferred to a successor or other transaction participant.

The transaction does not eliminate applicable legal restrictions, required notices or consents, or obligations concerning previously collected information.

5.8 At your direction or with consent

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, connect a third-party service, request an introduction, or provide an applicable consent.

6. Aggregated, de-identified, and nonpersonal information

We may create and use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, AI development, benchmarking, marketing, publishing, licensing, sale, and other lawful commercial purposes.

Information is not treated as de-identified merely because direct identifiers have been removed. Where we rely on a legal exemption for de-identified information, we maintain the safeguards, public commitments, and recipient restrictions required by that exemption, including commitments not to attempt re-identification except as legally permitted.

Information that does not constitute personal information under applicable law may be used and disclosed for lawful purposes, subject to other applicable legal and contractual restrictions.

7. Cookies, tracking, and advertising

We and participating providers and partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, server-side integrations, device identifiers, and similar technologies for:

• Authentication, preferences, functionality, and security;

• Fraud prevention and enforcement of usage or trial limits;

• Analytics, diagnostics, experimentation, and performance measurement;

• Email engagement and campaign attribution; and

• Advertising, retargeting, audience matching, and measurement across websites, applications, or services.

Advertising and analytics partners may collect information about activity over time and across different services and combine it with information from other sources, where permitted.

You may use browser or device settings to manage certain technologies. These settings do not necessarily control all server-side disclosures or other uses of personal information. Disabling some technologies may affect functionality.

Where required, we obtain consent before activating relevant technologies and provide a mechanism to refuse or withdraw that consent.

Privacy controls: email legal@priceq.ai.

Where required by applicable law, we recognize legally valid universal opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, and apply them to the browser, device, and associated account information as required. Other privacy requests may be submitted as described in Section 10.

Traditional “Do Not Track” browser settings are distinct from legally recognized opt-out preference signals. We do not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals in a uniform manner.

8. Marketing communications

We may use lawfully obtained contact information for marketing our services, commercial information products, and third-party offerings, subject to applicable restrictions.

Email. Promotional emails include required sender information, a valid postal address, and an unsubscribe mechanism. We do not use materially false or misleading transmission information or deceptive subject lines. We identify commercial messages as advertisements where required and honor valid unsubscribe requests within the legally required period, including no later than ten business days under CAN-SPAM.

An unsubscribe request applies to PriceQ promotional email sent directly or on our behalf, including through outreach domains and vendors. We may retain suppression records to honor the request.

We do not sell or transfer an opted-out email address in violation of CAN-SPAM’s restrictions, including its limited exception for compliance assistance. The general commercial-disclosure provisions of this Policy do not override that restriction.

Telephone and text messages. If we conduct telephone or text-message marketing, we comply with applicable consent, identification, calling-time, do-not-call, and revocation requirements. Providing a phone number or using the Platform is not, by itself, any separate written consent required for marketing calls or texts.

Service communications. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop legally permissible account, billing, security, or other nonpromotional service communications.

You may unsubscribe through the mechanism in a promotional email or contact legal@priceq.ai. An email-marketing unsubscribe and an opt-out of personal-information sales or targeted advertising are separate choices; you may request both.

9. Retention and security

9.1 Retention

We retain personal information for the periods needed for the disclosed purposes, subject to applicable retention limits, deletion rights, legal holds, and other legal requirements.

We determine retention periods by considering:

• The nature, sensitivity, and volume of the information;

• The purpose of processing and whether it remains necessary;

• The duration of an account, service relationship, or relevant transaction;

• Accounting, tax, payment, Credits, and other recordkeeping requirements;

• Security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal-claim needs;

• Consent records, opt-outs, and compliance obligations; and

• Applicable contractual restrictions and legal limitation periods.

Account and commercial records may be retained for ongoing service and applicable recordkeeping purposes. Marketing and attribution information may be retained while needed for the disclosed marketing and measurement purposes. Security records may be retained for relevant investigation and prevention needs. Suppression and privacy-request records may be retained to demonstrate and maintain compliance.

Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. Backup copies are addressed through applicable deletion procedures and legal requirements; backups do not provide an exemption from those requirements.

Where required, collection notices or supplemental disclosures specify category-level retention periods or criteria.

9.2 Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and meet applicable security requirements. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure.

Keep your credentials confidential and notify legal@priceq.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. Nothing in this Policy excludes security or breach-notification responsibilities imposed by law.

10. Privacy rights and choices

Depending on your residence, the nature of the information and processing, and the laws applicable to PriceQ, you may have rights to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal information;

• Access information and receive disclosures about its collection, use, and disclosure;

• Correct inaccuracies;

• Delete personal information, subject to statutory exceptions;

• Obtain a portable copy;

• Opt out of sales, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and targeted advertising;

• Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;

• Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;

• Opt out of certain profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects;

• Receive information about certain automated decisions and seek review or challenge them where applicable;

• Obtain information identifying recipients or categories of recipients where required; and

• Appeal a denial of a privacy request where applicable.

These rights are subject to applicable statutory scope, exceptions, and limitations. We do not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising them.

Submitting requests. Contact legal@priceq.ai or use the privacy controls identified in Section 7. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. A particular email subject line is not required.

Verification. We may verify identity and authority when appropriate and legally permitted. We do not require identity verification for opt-out requests where prohibited, and we do not require an account to exercise rights where prohibited.

Authorized agents. An authorized agent may submit requests where applicable law permits. We may request evidence of authorization and any verification permitted by law.

Responses and appeals. We respond within applicable legal deadlines, including permitted extensions. Where an appeal right applies, send the appeal to legal@priceq.ai identifying the request and the reason for the appeal. If an appeal is denied, we provide the legally required explanation and information about contacting the relevant regulator.

Limits on deletion. We may retain information where an applicable exception permits or requires retention. Information already received by an independent counterparty may also be held under that party’s own obligations. This does not eliminate any duty we have to notify recipients of a valid deletion or other request.

California-specific information. Where the CCPA applies, the accompanying California disclosures identify the categories actually collected, sold, shared, or disclosed during the required reporting period and the associated purposes and recipients. California residents may also request applicable disclosures concerning direct-marketing disclosures under California’s Shine the Light law by contacting legal@priceq.ai.

11. Automated processing

We may use automated systems for search relevance, product matching, recommendations, commercial analysis, personalization, business verification, and fraud or abuse detection.

Where an activity qualifies as regulated profiling or automated decision-making, we provide the required information, choices, assessments, and safeguards before undertaking the activity. General references to automated systems in this Policy do not replace legally required use-specific disclosures.

12. Children and teenagers

The Platform is intended for adult business and professional users and is not directed to children under 13. Eligibility to use particular services is governed by the applicable Terms.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Platform without satisfying any applicable legal requirements. If we learn that information has been collected in violation of applicable children’s privacy requirements, we take the legally required steps, including deletion where required.

If we process information about a person under 18, we apply any legally required age-specific restrictions, consents, and safeguards, including restrictions on sales, targeted advertising, and sensitive information.

Contact legal@priceq.ai with concerns about a child’s information.

13. International processing

PriceQ is based in the United States. Information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers and partners operate, subject to applicable restrictions.

Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, additional safeguards, a lawful basis, or supplemental notices, we implement the applicable requirements.

Describing the Platform as primarily U.S.-focused does not exclude mandatory foreign-law obligations when they apply.

14. Third-party services

The Platform may link to, incorporate, or facilitate interactions with third-party websites, services, tools, and marketplace participants. Their independent processing is governed by their own notices and applicable law.

Their policies do not replace PriceQ’s obligations concerning our own collection or disclosure of personal information.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in services, processing practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances. We post the revised version and update its date.

We provide additional notice, advance notice, and opportunities to exercise choices, and obtain consent, when required by applicable law or an existing binding commitment.

An update does not retroactively authorize processing that would violate earlier commitments, applicable purpose limitations, or consent requirements. Continued use of the Platform is not a substitute for affirmative consent where consent is legally required.
